The area is improving. The waterfront is a fun place to hang out with many interesting restaurants and businesses, however; allowing cars to drive into the Wharf was a bad idea, they should set up a parking area and either shuttle people, or let them walk for a block or two. The city should also plan better for the parking problems that residents are facing with the new developments.

We love the small-town feel where people welcome you and get to know you. There is so much to do and explore, but nice that is is close to other neighborhoods.
It has a nice Waterfront area where I can relax my mind and enjoy a great view. I live in a rather diverse area where it is almost always quiet. I am able to enjoy baseball and soccer games that are relatively close. There are many good food places and job opportunities close to my house.
