Southeast Magnolia Reviews
Magnolia is a beautiful and friendly neighborhood to raise a family in. In have worked in this area for over 4 years now, and have even lived in the neighborhood. It has a nice small town fill to it, but very easy to access from Ballard and Downtown Seattle. I feel as if it is a very safe neighborhood. The only negative aspect to it is, the price and sometimes with the price comes stuck up rich people. For the most part, people are friendly but there is definitely a hand full of the stuck up ones.
