South Park hill was the first neighborhood we ever lived in in Denver and it made us wonder why ever came.

Cheapest rent in this area in 2017 was for a 600 square foot, no sunlight, no a/c, no front door to outside apartment basically off East Colfax and it was over 1000 a month and climbed 10% in one year.

Crime and safety was the biggest concern as people from E.Colfax come wondering the South Park hill area.

Two stars instead of one because the parks are beautiful (crowded like everywhere in Denver but beautiful)

Also the rain drainage here is bad, the streets flood.

Lots of families, very interesting houses, not too cramped, lots of places to walk dogs. There are a lot of busy streets, not the safest neighborhood
This is a better neighborhood over time, really family orientated, love park hill! There has been a lot of improvement in the neighborhoods and roads. There is a good amount of diversity over the years that only grown over time, which is great!
