The neighborhood is evolving and will eventually have a larger population with the two new complexes being built. There are adequate restaurants within walking distance, with more businesses opening up in the near future. The best part is the lake and surrounding parks. The neighborhood is moderately active, and quiet at night. It's safe and has adequate green space, close to bike trails, easy access to main streets and the highway. Sloan's Lake is close enough to downtown and attractions, but far enough away to avoid the craziness.

The Sloans Look area gives you the best of both worlds - you are close enough to downtown to enjoy all it has to offer, but far enough outside of it that you can escape the hustle and bustle.
Great places to walk and shop, in addition to mountain views. Awesome local breweries too!
