Shenandoah Reviews

We have lived in this neighborhood for the past 30 years. We raised our family here. We love the proximity of everything . Close to downtown , Coconut Grove, the Gables, Miami Beach. Beautiful old floridian homes.

The Neighborhood is changing, it is becoming more diverse. Is fast becoming the a new neighborhood. Properties are in demand. This is the next trendy place to live.
