Seminole Heights Reviews

I grew up in Seminole Heights in the late 90s. I returned in 2013. It has definitely changed. My family was of low-income, but not extremely poor. We could afford to live there before. It has change with the gentrification that has occurred. It is a quirky and hipster neighborhood now and that's not terrible. What is terrible is the prices of renting or owning a place in the neighborhood now. It has become so pricey, that only certain people/families can live here and it is hurting the diversity of the neighborhood.

I love living in Seminole Heights. The commute to downtown is easy, the bars and restaurants all have a great ambiance and noise level so you can hold a conversation, plus the variety of places is amazing! Lots of dog friendly places and Rivercrest park is really pretty.
Up and coming hipster neighborhood that is family, dog and people in general friendly 😊 With lots of shops, restaurants and hang out spots.
