San Carlos Reviews

1 review
Very clean and quiet neighborhood, Neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. Houses are old and the neighborhood connected to San Carlos is very dangerous, There are several break-ins in San Carlos neighborhood, not violent crimes, but robberies. As a 22 year old women I would not recommend.
