It's so quiet and such courteous neighbors who show pride in home ownership as we are mostly homeowners, (that really makes a difference) as long as you don't move to close to public transportation you may find this area enjoyable.

With every neighborhood it has its ups and down. This is a great quiet area, but there are new comers that is making the diverse different
I enjoy how friendly my neighbors are, especially during the winter when help is needed while removing snow. The nearby park is very enjoyable.
