Outstanding Area. MOSTLY quiet, except for your couple partiers on weekends. Walk around streets and never have any issues.

Lived here for 18 years although it is not a terrible place to live, there is nothing that makes it stand out from other parts of town. Like any other place there are good and bad parts just do your research before you buy
I have lived in that area since I was in the fifth grade. The streets are dirty there is always a presence of drugs and prostitution. Someone in a position of power to turn it around. The is a neighborhood school in that area and the kids are effected by the area.
