Rose Village is a well placed neighborhood, near Clark College, public transportation, and within good travel distance to Downtown Vancouver and Portland, Oregon.

The neighborhood has its share of issues, but in general it is a good place to live.

I love living in this area. The PNW is a beautiful place and I love how close I am to everything I could ever want: cities, forests, oceans, lakes, deserts, etc...
The neighborhood I live in has had some crime just because there are a couple of bad people that live close to me but the police are always on hand and respond quickly.
