With the little rock area you are going to see many different shops. From Mom and pops to local coffee shops featuring crazy hip furniture and awesome vintage record players. you'll find more hip coffee shops and bakery's in little rock than you'll find starbucks. and we have plenty of starbucks! Little rock features around 10-20 new restaurants a year, so its not easy to keep up with them all! Jacksonville, sherwood, NLR, Little rock, The heights, southside, West little rock, and Chanel(little rocks Beverly hills) all cities located under 30 minutes of each other are constantly building new restaurants, department stores, shopping centers, and suburbs.

Little rock may sound like a small agricultural state, but our growing metropolis is creating more and more jobs. such as The Outlets of Little rock, located 12 minutes from down town, and right next to a major(highly traveled) interstate, and right next to little rocks first Bass Pro shop. Opening in Summer of '15 The Outlets will bring 75 new Brand stores to little, and creating over 1,000 new jobs. Little Rocks community is dying for anything new. BJ's a popular chain brewhouse opened a little under a year ago, profiting anywhere from 10-25 thousand dollars a night, the new brewhouse is already building a second restaurant in little rocks twin city across our beautiful river, North Little Rock(NLR). NLR located 8 minutes from down town is a growing city of only 65K. NLR is a growing city located just next to the beautiful, quite suburb Sherwood. NLR amenities feature a newly renovated mall, with a beautiful and highly diverse food court featuring a brand new added movie theater. drive up a newly paved path from the mall to Lakewood village equipped with over 15 higher end restaurants and a brand new state of the art LA fitness, a beautiful new hotel, and many other shopping centers. Located right across Lakewood village is a quiet neighborhood that is being renovated by local home owners, Lakewood, Sherwood, and NLR all located within 5 minutes of each other and is a growing suburb-city know for its tight police force, friendly faces, great shopping, plenty of growing restaurants and low traffic levels. within in my 6 months of working in Sherwood I have seen 8 new constructions for hotels, gyms, restaurants. Little rocks metropolitan area is a great growing city to start any new business.
