Great parks, restaurants, and lots of small business in the area. Centrally located to all major highways for easy commutes to Boulder, mountains, and I-25 corridor. Fairly quiet...except for our neighborhood rooster, we almost never hear any noise! Minus one star for not being very walk-able. Wish there were better sidewalks and bike lanes, and more mixed-use development so that businesses could be closer to homes.
Beautiful houses, access to lands of the university across the street, which a beautiful place to walk with family, take pets and enjoy the scenery. One thing to note: safety can be a concern, the neighborhood intersects with Federal, a street notorious for its bad luck.
I am one to enjoy the sun and beach, so Colorado is just not for me. If you enjoy the mountains and that sort of atmosphere then Colorado is a wonderful state for you.
