It's a bit run down and oddly set up, and the lack of road signs leaves a lot to be desired, but Randolph is an okay place to live if you don't mind driving a bit to get anywhere decent.

Housing is cheap in san antonio. You get a lot of house for your money. The properties are generally well maintained, and clean. The quality of people are usually pretty good.
Transportation is decent here. It could definitely be better. Half of the civilians don't speak or read english.
