Large neighborhood that has exits to three major shopping centers 3 minutes from entrance/exits : Promenade, Stone Crest, Arboretum. Has golf courses within, and a wide range of prices for houses and townhouses.
The people of my neighborhood are friendly and outgoing. This has allowed me to meet new people and make new friends throughout my childhood. Everyone maintains their yard/property to nice standards. The houses aren't over crowded so everyone has a pretty large yard for todays standards.
