My family and I relocated here from South Florida last year and we love it! It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very family and kid-friendly with events throughout the year (Easter Bunny, summer BBQ, ice cream social, Halloween party, Santa visit, etc). We feel safe at all times walking and riding our bikes. Beautiful area with lots of mature trees and a large pond shared with adjacent neighborhood that’s great for fishing and seeing wildlife (fish, ducks, geese, turtles, etc). Close to shopping, dining, and great schools.
Been here for 28 years. We’ve experienced all the growth and schools before I-485 ever constructed its 2nd mile. It’s been a great a great choice to raise a family of 3 kids from grammar school through college and beyond. It’s now home to my wife’s parents as well since ‘17. I travel many places, but, I always look forward to coming home here. From what was once “the woods” to a thriving community, we could not have picked a better area to live.
Safe and nice neighborhood in a booming location. Many shopping centers, doctors’ offices and activities nearby. Ardrey kell high school is very close and it is a top high school in NC. Each house has a big lot and a lot of space. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a lake shared with the two adjacent neighborhoods.
