Absolutely love living in this neighborhood. Dearborn street has a ton of charm and the tiny park with it's water fountain running in the summer along with the Saturday farmers market is the icing on the cake. The location has access to two 24h subways and one elevated Loop station within a block or two radius, which gives you direct access to all line colors except the Green and Yellow. There are so many dining options within Printers Row and the immediate surrounding area and the lake, Grant Park, Museum Campus, State Street, Michigan Ave, etc etc, all within walking distance. The surprising part that many don't know is that you can still get a loft or condo in one of the charming older buildings for a pretty affordable price. Buy now because things are still happening in the area. Once the Wells-Wentworth connector is built and the river complex is completed along with the 78 further south, this area will take off even more than it already has!

A Charming historic neighborhood, home of the old Dearborn train station. Only a few blocks away from Grant Park, Millenium Park, State Street Shopping, theaters and the Loop. with a friendly vibe. Close to Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Lines and most major bus routes. Great restaurants, pubs, famous jazz venues in the neighborhood.

Walking distance to Dearborn Park, Grant Park and Millenium Park, Museum Campus, the Art Institute, the Chicago Public Library, and nearby theaters.

Alos close to Chicago Board of Trade, Merchantile Exchange, downtown business district, numerous major universities, Lake Michigan, State Street and Roosevelt Avenue shopping. Nice neighbors, dog friendly.
Printer's Row has everything I love about living in Chicago. Beautiful, landmark architecture. Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Restaurants, Bars, Bookstores. Public Transportation hub of the city. Top CPS High School (Jones College Prep, (I have one grad and one student) and top grade school (South Loop Elementary). Small parks, walk 2 blocks to Grant Park. Walk to stores TJ's, Whole Foods, Target. Walk to World Class Culture- Art Institute, Field, CSO, Lyric that rivals any city on Earth. And it's safe. Zero violent crime. Super diverse.
