It’s a great community that has a small town feel to it. There’s an interconnected feeling that’s second to none. It’s a living “Cheers” theme: you want to go where everybody knows, your name.

Houses are being built around the neighbor that no one in that neighborhood can afford. Rent on apartments is being raised to an amount that becoming hard for the residents to afford. TR robinson should be funded better by the military base right next door. The homeless need help and it's only going to get worse.
Close to major stores and restaurants. Nice neighborhood and close to Bayshore and Downtown with easy access to the water.
