This is an incredibly diverse area to live in. The people are great and most keep to themselves. The area has a lot of run down properties, but some are being brought back and the neighborhood is starting to look better.
I really enjoy living in Poplar Grove, the people are normally very welcoming and warm. I am used to living in more rural areas and enjoy the new life of city residency! I am happy with our home, the neighbors, and the close availability to downtown Salt Lake City.
We just moved into the neighborhood. It seems to be in a state of transition with younger families moving in. The far eastern portion appears to be a neighborhood beginning a certain level of gentrification.
