Lots of land available. Recently a development popped up on the border of eastern market and poletown. Still some crime but not as bad as other areas. Public schools are still bad. Recommend for singles ready for an adventure

Urban Farms and a Grocery Store are in the makes. The neighborhood borders Eastern Market. There is a lot of Vacant land. I hope to see redevelopment and all of the grand churches restored one day.
This area is bad. Black males and females are getting killed by police officers and their own people every day.
