I moved to Polar Rock in 2010 where I built my first Atlanta Habitat home. When I first moved to the community there were a few safety issues and the streets were a bit uncomfortable but since my 7th year of living in this community there has been a drastic change. The roads are now being fixed, more houses are being built, and the community is growing and changing for the better. It's a convenient place to stay. It's near schools, shopping, entertainment, accessible to Marta, interstate 166, hwy 75-85. It is a great place to live and very family oriented. I haven't experienced any abnormal issues since I lived here. The police precinct is walking distance, the stores, gas stations, schools and bus stops are all in walking distance. I love the Polar Rock community and I am looking for more great things to happen in this community. It's an affordable place to live.

Moved here in 2010. There have been a lot of improvements since that time. There are lots of Habitat for America homes, as well as a Community Farmer's Market. Generally, nights are somewhat quiet. My neighbors are friendly and we look out for one another.
It's very bad in my neighbor.
