Pleasant Valley Reviews
Neighbors say hi when you see them & people are aware as to who should & shouldn't be around which is great from a safety perspective. The area is residential which makes it quieter & safer than more commercial areas. There are lots of trees and shopping isn't too far away. I do wish there were sidewalks to make walking safer & I also wish it was closer to a MAX station for the days I am going places where parking can be a chore (zoo, rose garden, downtown, pearl district). I am glad we decided on this area as it's a great place to relax & unwind at the end of the day.
I love the rain, but live near a floodplain which floods regularly and causes landslides. After losing a previous home in another state, due to severe flooding, its is something that is on my mind frequently.
There isn't anything around my neighborhood, and the ones that are near the area, are scary.
