I live in a predominately African-American community where business needs to be infused. The quality of customer service leaves much to be desired and many resources are lacking.

Unemployment in African-American communities is very high. There are no positions available in my immediate area to find employment.
I consider this neighborhood to have some sense of community but there is still the existence of criminal elements.
