Perkerson Reviews

I grew up in this neighborhood over 30 years ago and have seen a tremendous transformation within the last ten to twelve years. The area was crime-ridden, and disenfranchised. Now, I witness a lot of community development and participation from the residents. Schools are still under-performing but I see growth in home-ownership which will eventually impact the schools in the area.
