The spirit of the city fleshes out the individuals you'll get to know, which grants a more lively experience for anyone that chooses to spend time outside their homes or with others. The living, from my experience as well, is comfortable and I feel right at home.

The safety here is competent enough to live decently around here. The maintenance and roadwork here are almost always being managed, but traffic can be a nuisance from time to time.
The neighborhood I live in is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. I would live here again, haven't had any problems and its slowly getting better with more stores and restaurants.
