Patch Reviews

This is a quaint, vintage area of the City that enjoys a wonderful mix of some of the oldest homes in this area. The area is safe, comfortable, filled with wonderful neighbors, and very affordable because it is a small pocket that is not well known. We love our 1913 Craftsman home nestled atop a hill alongside Victorians and mid-century homes. One block away is a home built in the 18th century, and in the other direction a gorgeous historic home on Davis. Love our home here a mere 4 to 5 blocks from the Mississippi.

This is an historic neighborhood containing some of this area's oldest buildings. It's interesting, the people are friendly, it's safe, and we love living here.
The Ivory Triangle is moving up. Great anchor restaurants, the Ivory Theater , French architecture that feels like a time warp and the vote to expand Metrolink make this area a good investment. It is dirt cheap right now.
