I have worked in and around Park Place for the past several years and have witnessed tremendous positive changes in the neighborhood. This historic neighborhood has great original homes that are being renovated and updated at a rapid pace and lots of new, quality construction going up to replace the homes that couldn't be fixed. Many original warehouses on the south end of Park Place are being converted to modern loft apartments and new retail spaces. Anybody looking for a home to buy would be well advised to look at Park Place as an option. This rising tide will truly raise all ships and I believe many home values in this neighborhood may very well double over the next few years.

Residents, businesses and visitors have noted that economically (rising property values) , esthetically (curb appeal), politically (civic engagement), and socially (recreation & arts) the area is becoming Neighborhoods of Choice. In short, "Park Place is the Place to Be."
I love Park Place. Beautiful historic neighborhood with huge colonial homes, and a variety of housing options. There are open green spaces, and great unique small businesses. The civic league is one of the most active in the city winning a number of awards for their work and advocacy. Friendly diverse neighborhood.
