Paradise Valley is located in the perfect location, in between North Scottsdale and Old Town. It is a beautiful area with well cared for homes. Although in a major city, it has a small town feel with our own police and fire departments. The best part is its quiet and safe! I wouldn't change a thing.
This neighborhood is safe and comfortable. Everything you need is within a few miles of each other; the trails, stores, restaurants, everything is nearby. Also, this town is gorgeous! Surrounded by mountains and clear blue skies!
I've lived in the center of this neighborhood for 4 years and love it. It's not really city living, it's suburban. The further east you are, the better it gets. The neighborhoods are safer on the east side and the people are friendly. Many of the homes in my immediate neighborhood have had only one owner so a majority of people have been here for more than 20 years. It's quiet and residential. Temperatures are perhaps 2 or 3 degrees cooler here than in the city. You have multiple resorts nearby in Scottsdale and hiking/biking trails in every direction. I've been in Phoenix since 1985 and until I moved this far north, I didn't realize what I was missing. If you move here, make sure you live near your job. Everyone complains about the heat but they get used to it. Consider the fact that nearly 4.7 million people live in this part of Arizona as testament to how well people adapt. This is Paradise Valley.
