Palma Ceia West Reviews
Highest acclaim to Palma Ceia West NA for informative relevant posts despite having to deal with infamous residents like Helen Maseda on W San Carlos St. As an engineer at Tampa Electric (TECO), with her sadistic and condescending attitude she was responsible for diminishing or ruining the careers of no less than 5 (five) consecutive interns - 4 co-op (alternating work/study) student interns and an EIT (engineer in training - recent bachelor degree graduate engineer). All 5 only lasted one term of a few months and didn't return - some to different areas within TECO and many having left the field of engineering entirely. Normally less than 10% of interns don't return to their job position in the co-op work/study rotation. So the odds of 5 consecutive engineers not returning is 10%X10%X10%X10%X10% or .00001 - one in 100,000!
