Old North Dayton Reviews
I've lived in this area over 10 years now. I've never had any issues while living here really. Sometimes there are fights but, that's like any area really. There are many old homes here and also some family businesses. It is hard to find work though because of that. There is a mix of many different races and religions here and everyone really sticks to themselves and that makes it a good area to live.
Old North Dayton can be very scenic and its proximity to downtown Dayton makes it an ideal location to live if you enjoy urban environments.
Local businesses are not the best but are ok. The biggest problem is customer service, in my opinion most of the big companies could do much better at training their employees the benefits of customer satisfaction.
