Oakmore Reviews

Quirky, tremendous diversity, tremendous weather, a great quaint local market, trails, beautiful homes where no 2 look alike, joggers everywhere, dogs being walked everywhere, beautiful views from the hills. Some crime (car break-in, small stuff) of course but it is always on the borders. This area is a hamlet of a community within Oakland. The quaint market hosts "food truck Sunday" where food trucks are brought in during the summer for the neighborhood. Property values are through the roof because of all these things. The fact that some of Oakland's leadership lives here speaks volumes of its desirability. I have been here for 17 years and I don't plan to move anytime soon.
