Oakley is a great place for everyone to live! There are bars and restaurants in the heart of Oakley. They just finished our portion of the Wasson trail and its made the community even more walkable. Parents love walking their kids to school. There are always runners around the neighborhood. And don't forget you can take your four legged friends everywhere!
Booming neighborhood. Has stuff for everyone. Tons to do. It’s super clean, happening, urban feel. Close to Kenwood Shopping Center but also offers a lot itself. It’s walkable, and it has everything.
Walkable, very convenient location (easy access to highway 71), lots of restaurants and bars. Great for young professionals like myself. Nice in between of urban and suburban. Housing is a bit more expensive but you can find affordable rentals. My main complaints are lack of diversity and lack of live music. Bars are mostly pubs and sports bars.
