North Park Hill Reviews
North Park Hill is a great place to raise a family, with lots of good options for school, good diversity, and a lot of pride of ownership in the homes. It feels safe to walk at night, and people in the area are very friendly. You are just a fifteen minute drive from downtown (or a short bus journey) but the area still has a less dense, neighbourhood feel, with plenty of street parking and within walking distance to parks and coffee shops.
North Park Hill is a fun, laid back neighborhood that's located around 10-15 minutes East of Downtown Denver. There are big families and couples and most everyone in welcoming. There are any parks located in and around North Park Hill that you can have picnics in. It's enjoyable in the winter and beautiful in the summer. It's a amazing and welcoming neighborhood that you are for sure going to love.
I've lived in Park Hill in the same house my whole life, and as I've grown up Park Hill has become a much safer and friendlier place. The gangs are down tremendously, and many people who live there are families. The Hiawatha Davis Rec Center is one of the first places I did swim team at, I met a lot of different types of people who I grew close to. The houses right next to mine are smaller and have had many people pass through them because when they move in it starts as a couple and grows into a family who needs more space. The market area has nice shops and restaurants as well as a family friendly playground.
