North Park Hill Reviews
I've lived in Park Hill in the same house my whole life, and as I've grown up Park Hill has become a much safer and friendlier place. The gangs are down tremendously, and many people who live there are families. The Hiawatha Davis Rec Center is one of the first places I did swim team at, I met a lot of different types of people who I grew close to. The houses right next to mine are smaller and have had many people pass through them because when they move in it starts as a couple and grows into a family who needs more space. The market area has nice shops and restaurants as well as a family friendly playground.
I grow up in Park Hill and my mother still lives there. I loved growing up there and I love going back every chance I get. Growing up I was able to play in the park up the street without my mom having to worry. My younger sister are now able to walk the dog with out being bothered. There are parks and rec. center, and a great public library all in walking distance from were I grew up.
Moving into this area was an amazing experience! When I first moved here it was very difficult since we didn't know anyone and it was a totally new area. The second day the neighbors came by with cookies and we knew this was wonderful neighborhood. So far everyone has been very friendly and welcoming to new comers.
