There's a lot within walking distance. I live near a McDonald's and a gas station called SuperAmerica. There's a Walgreens nearby, two dollar stores, and an auto repair place. There's 3 bus lines close to me as well, and if I push myself, I can walk to a public library or a grocery store called Cub Foods. I'm two miles from Downtown Saint Paul, so I'm able to skirt game day traffic. Living off from a main road means it's fairly quiet too. I haven't had to deal with any violence, so I've been fortunate. The worst I've dealt with is illegal fireworks and someone scratching my car in the parking lot.

Wonderful diversify of ethnic groups and socioeconomic status. Fog friendly neighborhood with newly added park ways near by. Close to downtown Saint Paul,MN but just far enough away that noise isn't an issue. Great freeway access and ample choices of K-12 schools near by. Cost is rising, that would be the only thing I would change about my neighborhood.
Nice neighborhood with good access to the rest of St Paul via car, bike, or transit. Nice small parks and green spaces, plus Como Park just to the west and Phalen Park a little ways to the east.

Some low-key restaurants and shops, nice to have them nearby but nothing I'd go out of my way for.
