To me it is great because there are near by schools. Also, it might be considered "dangerous", however, I love how much diversity there is int he community.

There is some crime that has been happening lately. However, the prevalence to crime is easy. Don't be out too late, and the visibility of the police is great.
The local businesses in my area are great, they have an amazing customer service, clean shops. My favorite shop is the local hair dresser, the employees tend to your every need, they go beyond your expectations.
