I love it! Wonderful community with wonderful food, events, local music and more.
Crime rates in the area are a little concerningly high, but that's pretty across all of Albuquerque, not just exclusive to Nob Hill.
Cost of living in houses is much cheaper and more realistic than the many condos and luxury studios in the area.

This is probably the best place I've lived in my whole life. Almost anywhere in the neighborhood is extremely walkable, whether it's to a restaurant, theater, school, or small business. Everyone is incredibly warm and friendly, and with my whole time living here, (which was eleven years) I only experienced one murder! Anyway, there's also plenty of things to do surrounding the college and everything else. I'm refraining from giving a five-star rating because yes, someone got murdered here, but other than that it's a great place to raise a family. Another great thing is the style of the houses. I LOVE stucco and a lot of the houses were built around the 1930s. Overall, Nob Hill is a great place.
Nob Hill is fun and lively. Lots of local shops and dining. Great local breweries too. The food in Nob Hill is amazing! The shopping is unique, and it’s great to be able to support local.
