I would definitely choose to live here again, its neat and a really friendly environment. Everyone contributes to a safe neighborhood. Police does daily check ups to make sure there is no crime in the zone. Makes you feel safe. The park is a good place to go walking to and go out. Fresh air since you can go and walk to the marina. I see future schools, new home renovations.

The police here tends to pass by and make sure there is no crime. it makes you feel safe, specially at night they make sure there is no vandalism and all. The police is very visible and I currently have no concerns about something bad happening. Police is very present around this neighborhood.
I feel safe living in this neighborhood because nothing really ever happens. Concerns that I have, however, are probably registered sex offenders that live around here.
