Mt. Tabor Reviews
Great neighborhood within walking distance to Mt. Tabor, coffee shops, and restaurants. Some grocery store chains are limited within walking distance, but a short drive or bike ride to many other grocery stores and as Portland grows more businesses are moving in. The neighbor hood has been safe and quiet, some areas are run down, but overall a nice working class neighborhood. Transportation has many options in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood, biking and walking are safe, many Trimet bus stops that will take you to the nearest Max line, driving is convenient to reach Hwy 26, I-84, and I-205. There is no major shopping mall but both the Lloyd center and Clackamas Town Center are a short 20 minute commute.
You're close to the lovely Mt. Tabor park, and walking distance from plenty of grocery stores, food carts, and some nightlife along Hawthorne and Division.
