Mount Vernon Flats had very reasonably priced furnished apartments for my first 3 months in Baltimore. The apartment was a walking distance downtown. I liked the area so much I signed a year lease for another apartment with Mt Vernon Flats!

Cool to see another review from a Mt Vernon Flats tenant. Great experience with the neighborhood and the apartment rental from the flats. I like the urban flavor but it’s not for all.
I am a resident in Mount Vernon. I rent an apartment from Mt Vernon Flats and I like the neighborhood because it is easy to eat out and walk to my job downtown. My friends always want to come and visit me.
