Mount Baker Reviews

I love my neighborhood for many reasons. One reasons is that Mt. Baker has three parks and a lake near by where you can go to enjoy time outside. Another reason is that most people are open to help you with tasks like watching you pets or taking care of your children. Your neighbors have your back. Also, Mt. Baker neighborhood often has community gatherings, (pre-Covid-19) such as potlucks, yard sales with treats, and a Winter holidays extravaganza. Mt. Baker is a great neighborhood for families and people who like to get outside.
We adore our neighborhood. It’s central, walkable, beautiful and charming. The lake is a huge draw and we spend lots of time at Mt Baker park with our son and dogs.
Very diverse, close to the water and close access to public transportation. Very wealthy neighborhood closer to the water but also a large portion of middle class homes farther West.
The neighborhood has changed over the years, but I loved being so close to lake Washington. Specially during Sea-fair
Mt. Baker has a friendly community, a few local restaurants and boutiques, parks, lake access where you can run, bike or go to the beach, it's near a few grocery stores and has relatively easy access to the lightrail and bus lines.
Mount Baker is a very diverse community. This can be seen walking down the street and noticing the businesses. Soul food, Jewish bakery, and an authentic Mexican are all one the same street. Their patrons are just as diverse.
My area is dangerous, there too many homeless people and seem like undocumented people too. They stand along the pavements and I feel unsafe when I walk around the neighborhood.
doesn't affect this area at all
we're surrounded with local businesses and they're just a few blocks away
