Love the neighborhood. Lots of parks and kids for my kids to play with. At night though the park is filled with questionable characters.

From my experience there are a lot of people in my area with various ethnicities and orientations, many of which I have associated with. I think that it is in-part due to this diversity that most people are reasonably understanding and friendly people.
I love living in this area. there is always something to do, whether it be outdoor activities or local events. It makes the energy beautiful with so many beautiful people around.
