Mission Grove North is a great place to live. This is the small pocked North of Alessandro and East of Canyon Crest Drive bordered by the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Areas. The community is clean, neighbors are friendly, people are out and about, and in general there is a clear pride of ownership in the area. The lots for the average home are well above the average size in the city and the homes are perfect for raising a family. There are few cars on roads and rarely cars parked on the street. Its something that I did not even know I liked until I experienced it moving here. The wildlife from the next door canyon can bring in critters including hawks, owls, and coyotes. We love it. The views of the nearby mountain areas are hard to beat. There is no HOA but "Karen's" are applauded and help keep the place safe and amazing to be part of. If you can snag a single story plan in MGN hold on to your gold nugget!
One of the better parts of Riverside county, area is clean and feels overall “safer” than the rest of Riverside.
I liked that this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everyone around is looking out for each other and they are very polite. I have spent a couple years here and I do not regret any minute of it.
