Mission Dolores Reviews
Rating 3.83 out of 5 6 reviews
The best place to live in San Francisco! It has great weather, a wonderful park, excellent restaurants and stores, beautiful Victorians, the oldest historic resource (Mission Dolores Church), arguably the best boulevard (Dolores Street), and the oldest residential neighborhood in San Francisco.
I have lived in the Mission district of San Francisco for six years and I absolutely love it. The BART train and many bus lines go through this neighborhood. You will find some of the best food in the city here, especially Mexican. There is vibrant art everywhere. Interesting shops and colorful cafes line the streets. People from all cultures intermingle. The Mission provides an eclectic mix gritty bars and clubs, from hipster to Latin to Irish to dive.
I knew from a young age that I was going to have to pay a lot of money to rent in San Francisco. It's fine and all but the place I live in, is very old and a bit outdated. I am thankful for a roof over my head!
