This area is good for raising family with kids. Housing is generally affordable. Commute is easy with a private vehicle. Not much traffic compared to a big city. People are generally warm probably because it's in the south. The only thing that I do not like living here is there's not much industry to work in. Unemployment is low but there's just a few jobs that you can choose from - either in the medical where there's a lot of hospitals, a job in retail, a few manufacturing companies and small diversified businesses.

If I had the choice I would choose it all over again. The apartment complex I live in is in a nice clean neighborhood. My neighbors do not both me and I do not bother them the area is clean and being on Cantrell is very convenient. There are grocery stores, shopping centers, all the fast food restaurants you need all in walking distance.
This area has a lot of locally-owned shops and businesses, and the owners are friendly towards customers. They know their merchandise because they are usually specialized.
