It is a great location only it’s getting crowded by the minute. Traffic is horrible and about to get worse since new development are popping in every corner but let’s say that’s a big city life.
The amount of homeless people wondering around day and night is unreal. The city / police does NOTHING about it. You can hear them yelling, fighting and cursing sometimes in the middle of the night YET Fulton county taxes for midtown are just getting more and more expensive.

My experience living in Midtown, Atlanta, GA is a great on! I love being in the heart of the city where everything is conveniently located. I have no concerns with traffic during my commute to work, being that I am going against traffic. I can walk across the street to purchase groceries, visit the post office, and even stop by a nice restaurant for brunch. If I have to change something about this region, I wouldn't change a thing.
Midtown is a very nice place to live. There are lots of good restaurants, retail shops, and things to do that don't cost a lot of money. Even though the area is close to downtown, there is still significant green space for walks, jogging, and lounging. You can take the Marta train and get to other parts of Atlanta easily. Some disadvantages are that some parts of Midtown are very expensive to live in, and crime has been an issue.
