I’ve lived in Mesa Verde about 20 years and seen many changes over the years. The neighborhood is full of young families and quality schools. I would like to see a decrease in crime and homeless activity nearby. Every shopping and outing you can imagine is within 15 minutes.

Great variety in restaurants, places like iHop, In-n-Out, The Habit, Starbucks, Jerry's Dogs, Kickin Crab, and countless others. Markets like Sprouts and Fresh 'n Easy are down the street. Retail stores like Target, TjMaxx, and other clothing stores are everywhere. Everything is very accessible and available for anyone with or without a car. Overall it's a very clean and great looking area. Love it here!
