Pretty nice, large neighborhood. Most people are friendly towards neighbors. Crime rate is low. My family has lived in this neighborhood for three years and never had an issue.

Employment in the area is okay the problem is that those with college degrees cannot get the jobs that they qualify for and it is difficult for a person who has been in jail to get back into the workforce
Local businesses in the area are fine.
