Area is close to transportation options such as various freeways, the light rail, and bus options. There are a lot of diverse food options nearby as well. Within 2 miles, there are Chinese, Jamaican, Ethiopian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Barbecue, American, and a slew of many more ethnic foods. The variety of food choices is also a reflection of the variety of the people who live in the area. The Medical Center is a great area and it is helpful that the largest medical center in the world is close by.

Decent rent prices. Easy access to the Texas Medical Center. Lots of ethnically diverse and traditional food around. Inside the loop so reduced amount of time in traffic.
I have lived in the medical center for 2 years and I love it. I live close to just about everything. The only problem I have is during rodeo season. Good for me I'm just across the street, but the traffic is horrendous
