I've lived here for 30 years it's a quiet neighborhood with lots of young families. It's one of the few remaining subdivisions where you don't have to deal with an HOA either which makes it nice. The lots are very large so plenty of room for kids.
I feel like it's all bias. I'm from LA, I love the city life, the noise, the crazy people/ Meadowod is quiet and calm. I love living here but if I had a choice, I wouldn't. Some things aren't for everyone.
Great for families and even newly married couples. Nice close-knit neighborhood.
