Maryvale is a great and calm community to live in with lots of opportunity to have fun. There is a very high Mexican population so one must adjust to their customs and lifestyle when choosing to interact. As a person who's travelled all their life, it was amazing living in the neighborhood besides having the social pressure to learn Spanish to communicate and to deal with loud music every so often.
Everyone can share both good and bad remarks over a neighborhood they have heard of, yet the truth is always spoken by those who have lived there. I have lived all of my life in the Maryvale neighborhood. Over the years I can say it has undergone many changes and at this moment it is a very good neighborhood that has a lot to offer. It is the type of neighborhood that offers you a peaceful day and night. It is a good place where you can go out for a walk, a run, or simply a breath of fresh air and you enjoy it freely. It is the perfect place here kids run and play with such a joy that they create the most memorable moments of their childhoods. Overall it is the neighborhood that will offer you more than a home, but a place where you can live your life in a peaceful manner.
I like the diversity of the community; varieties of different people, and cultures. But from my experience, Maryvale isn’t the safest place to reside in and I would love to see more disciplinary action being taken in preventing any illegal activity.
