Marlyville - Fontainbleau Reviews
This is a great neighborhood, for the most part people are welcoming and there is a strong sense of community. I grew up the area and moved back there when I had kids. As far as schools go, Lusher is the best public school in the area, but the high demand makes it rather difficult to get your kids in to that school. Overall, it’s still a great location. There’s plenty to do, with easy access to groceries, parks and the streetcar line.
It seems that mom and pop type businesses have no place in my local community which is disappointing because I like to support local families and small businesses. Often bigger companies are too expensive for my budget, so I cannot shop in my local boutiques and high end designer stores. As far as groceries and other necessities, I am fairly pleased with the variety of affordable offerings, as well as availability of higher end food stores if it's a special occasion.
